Abstract
Background Carbon-neutral urban forests are strategically vital for responding to climate change and improving urban environments. They help achieve greenhouse gas zero-emission targets and offer various environmental benefits. Despite their importance, the field has seen limited research to date. There is a significant need for in-depth research to understand the efficacy and implementation of strategies that integrate carbon neutrality into urban forestry. An initial step requires analyzing the usage trends of these forests to develop elements of convergence design that incorporate carbon-neutral technologies, thus establishing a foundation for future carbon-neutral urban forests.
Method The study employed text-based search engines such as Naver, Daum, and Google, along with social media and video platforms like Twitter and YouTube, to extract related keywords. The analysis period, centered around the announcement dates of carbon neutrality initiatives, spanned from October 27, 2017, to October 26, 2023. The focus was on interpreting the diversity of user behaviors, with particular attention to keywords related to 'parks' and 'urban forests.' The analytical process involved collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, followed by keyword analysis and N-gram network analysis. The derived keywords were then classified into four clusters, from which elements of convergence design were developed, considering their compatibility with carbon-neutral convergence technologies.
Results The analysis successfully identified four distinct clusters centered around parks and urban forests: activities related to nature and tourism; natural attractions with support and participation programs; natural and cultural experiences and facilities in urban spaces; and business activities focused on managing urban natural environments. These clusters were aligned with CCUS technologies and carbon reduction application technologies. Proposing design applications based on these alignments helped delineate potential directions for the development of convergence design in carbon reduction urban forests.

Abstract
Background Illustrators and cartoonists require a consistent and healthy drawing habit in their daily lives. While drawing can be done individually anytime and anywhere, engaging in group activities with shared goals and designated time frames can lead to positive effects on efficiency and motivation. Although short-term challenges have become a cultural phenomenon and research on them has increased, there is a need for researchers to directly participate in studies focusing on challenges rooted in drawing and storytelling, which have evolved over an extended period.
Methods With a focus on drawing and storytelling, the researcher participated in the prominent "Inktober" challenge, completing drawings based on a provided list of 31 prompts. Subsequently, the artworks were posted on a personal Instagram account for one month in October 2023, and reactions to the works were observed.
Result The analysis focused on the conceptualization and expression of the top-performing four artworks based on the number of likes among the completed 31 pieces. Ultimately, works that evoked more than mere visual appreciation by conveying emotions, humor, or thoughts through unique storytelling and distinct concepts received positive responses.
Conclusion Findings from participating in the Inktober challenge suggest that individuality in artworks stemmed from storytelling based on personal experiences. Sharing artworks on personal accounts encourages sustained participation. Forming sustainable drawing habits that do not disrupt daily life routines is crucial. However, a limitation lies in the limited opportunity for direct communication among participating artists within the community due to the individual-centric nature of online-based challenges.

Abstract
Background When analyzing the characteristics of gems, it is essential to note their aesthetics, durability, rarity, and tradition as key attributes. The domestic market for colored gems has, for a long time, placed significant emphasis on rarity and tradition. This focus originates from viewing gems as symbols of wealth and a strong preference for traditional gems that have been cherished over time. Therefore, this research examines the role of color, which plays a critical role in the attractiveness of gems. By investigating color zoning in gems, which can offer visual appeal and enjoyment, the study intends to introduce gems with hidden charm, aiming to increase the use of a wide array of gems.
Methods This research reinterprets color zoning, an element of color expression in gem design, as an aspect of artistic expression. The study segments the analysis into natural instances where two or more colors are distinctly separated in natural gems, and scenarios of artificial color zoning, including an examination of works by relevant artists and various gem types. Artificial color zoning is analyzed by dividing it into categories based on combinations of different gems or the layering of the same type of gem.
Result Clothes, handbags, shoes and accessories that sport multiple solid colors, usually in bold and bright shades called colorblocking, have reappeared on the fashion scene in a big way the last few years.(Sharon Bohannon, 2018) the rising trend of using jewelry and gems as accessories to express one’s personal style in fashion highlights the necessity for in-depth research into color-zoned gems. These gems have the potential to overcome color limitations and reveal diverse personalities through attractive colors.
Conclusion Through this research, new expressions and experiments related to hidden gems are anticipated.
