Analyzing `Mori-Girl` fashion trend and formativeness depending on Japanese`s value of `forest`

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the Mori-Girl fashion trends based on Japanese unique value, and to extract the formativeness of Mori-Girl fashion. It is worthy of attention example which is combined with modern fashion and Japan`s unique view of nature. Mori-Girl fashion reflects the value of `forest` and relaxed style in modern women. We researched the concept of the Mori-Girl and identified the origin. Based on this, we examined Mori-girl`s costume, hair, makeup, bags, shoes, and accessories related to fashion trends. Also we extracted the formativeness of Mori-Girl`s fashion based on the value of `forest`. As a result, the formativeness of Mori-Girl is the uniqueness and hybridism through the imitation, the natural affinity for harmony with `forest`, and the feminity expressed for cute emotion. It is significant and unique research for connecting the value and fashion characteristics, and it contributes to new research. This new aspect of formativeness analyzing is seeking to the turning point of perception in domestic about Mori-girl fashion and is expected to activate the theoretical discussions.
