Abstract |
This study derives design-based resources in military assistance system by applying wellness and service design. To do this, concept of wellness and customer journey map which is one of service design methods are investigated. This study also visualizes soldier`s experience of utilizing service as a army life journey map through the workshop with retired soldiers. Based on the results, this study investigated essential resources and main utility items for keeping mental and physical health of soldiers. By surveying people retired from military in three years, users experience of main military resources are examined. Issues on resources and improvement guide is finally identified by evaluating improvement urgency and satisfaction level. Highly recommended items to be improved were restaurant, visitor room and gas mask. Improvement need for combat shoes and clothes were lower. |
