Abstract |
A maritime museum is a social educational institution, which takes charge of education, leisure, culture and welfare of the national people. To understand the characteristic of ocean culture deeply, the museum should not simply display nor educate the ocean relics to its visitors. To enhance the communication between the museum and visitors, we suggest a educational mobile application and try to improve online services. In this study, we aimed to develope a mobile application menu structure of national maritime museum with a viewpoint of service design through analysis of visitors` movement and behavior. We expect that the suggestion of the mobile application of national maritime museum could offer educational aspect and efficient viewing experiences to its visitors. |
