Abstract |
The paper analyzes the factors of success from the elements which are extracted from the global top 100 companies like Kia Motors, Samsung, LG, Apple, Audi. They became successful by taking advantage of the design management as the strategic management elements.
The purpose of the paper is to study how they controled the design management and apply it to increasing profits to become one of the global companies The paper compares the successful cases among companies in terms of references of the documents , focusing on the factors of the success.
To analyze the factors of the success, the following tasks are assigned.
Task 1. Establish the framework for the analysis
Task 2. Extracting the factors of success from the cases of the target companies.
Task 3. Analyzing the factors of success in terms of "Energy".
Task 4. Proposing the ways of applying the design management as key success factors
On the basis of analysis of the tasks, the most of successful companies generate the value of " Energy" from the strongly confirmed view of CEO on design-based strategic management mind or enforcement of potential power through establishing globalized management are findings in the paper.
These factors are the results of the extracted elements from the management of company when the globalized company has the optimal condition as the paper pointed out. |
