| Each Automobile company has its own unique and distinct design process. Majority of automobile companies exercise clay modeling design process by using 2 dimensional sketch, tape drawing, and CAD. This design process can find innovational design trend and new automobile design elements by allowing many quality assurance processes which consume great deal of engineering and testing time.
Unlikely clay modeling design process, Italdesign`s design process could dramatically reduce engineering and quality assurance time by using Epowood Resin or Plaster modeling through 1/10 scale drawing design process. This is one of the core Italia`s carrozzeria design process. By using this innovation design process, highly developed automobile design can be quickly and effectively demonstrated to clients within very short amount of time. Unlikely regular design sketch, Epowood Resin or Plaster is like a multi-dimensional design, so it allows designers to exam and modify the design very quickly. Handling and caring for Epowood Resin or Plaster is much durable and easy.
