abstract
Background The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of nighttime revitalization through improvement of the supervision system in nighttime landscape construction construction and to suggest ways to introduce an effective supervision system, thereby improving the city's nighttime landscape and improving the quality of life of citizens. Methods We systematically review existing research and academic papers on night landscapes, supervision systems, and design supervision systems. In addition, we evaluate the current institutional environment and the legal feasibility of introducing a supervision system by examining related laws, guidelines, and guidelines. Then, we visit the actual night landscape lighting installation site and conduct an on-site investigation. Result We looked into the KS A 3011 standard, the law to prevent light pollution caused by artificial lighting, and as a result, there is currently a lack of laws or standards for reference, and when improving the supervision system, it seems that more detailed investigation of space and contents of lighting equipment should be considered. Improving nighttime landscape design by improving the supervision system is expected to have the advantages of improving the quality of landscape lighting, ensuring safety, increasing economic efficiency, improving city image and resident satisfaction, and building social trust. Conclusion Problems in design and construction regarding night landscapes continue to arise, and as a result, the need for night landscape design supervision is required. This researcher believes that a minimum guide is needed to consider nighttime landscape design within the existing supervision system.
