abstract
Background The purpose of this paper is to improve the perception of residents who use the southeast national industrial park, to make better the old or abandened space, and to improve the night landscape design for citizens and workers in this area. Methods The research method was done by researching on books, papers, the Internet, and field data. Especially, field surveys include utilizing professional measuring equipment, photographing directly and investigating luminance, illuminance, and color temperature. Result The lighting environment was investigated by selecting the green area near Namdong Indus Park Station and the park green area near Hogupo Station. Illumination was secured in the green area near the southeast Indus Park Station, but blind spots of light occurred due to the uniform lighting arrangement , and the high color temperature made the atmosphere cold. The green area near Hogupo Station is not fully lit, so it is difficult to walk around. Overall, the lighting design by light and CPTED are not applied in both places. Based on this, I organized by creating a table and simulated. In Namdong National Industrial Complex, the biggest problem was lighting design that did not consider users who use Namdong National Industrial Complex, and to improve this, landscape lighting design, image simulation, and data simulation were conducted. Conclusion The illuminance of Namdong Indus Park Station is 20 lx at the maximum and 0.8 lx at the minimum. The maximum luminance was 22.1 cd/㎡, the lowest luminance was 0.8 cd/㎡, and the color temperature was 5600K. Therefore, the illuminance was set to measure an average illuminance of 15 lx, and the luminance was designed to measure a maximum of 20 cd/㎡ and a minimum of 9 cd/㎡. In addition, the color temperature was changed so that 4000K was measured. The illuminance of Hogupo Station was 0lx and the luminance value was measured to be 0.2cd/㎡ at the maximum and 0cd/㎡ at the minimum. The color temperature was 5600K. In the simulation, the average illuminance of 15 lx was measured, and the luminance was designed to measure a maximum of 20 cd/㎡ and a minimum of 9 cd/㎡. The color temperature was also changed so that 4000K was measured. Both the vicinity of Namdong Indus Park Station and Hogupo Station meet the illuminance standard (KS A 3011), and a new design standard has been prepared that includes a CPTED design and considers the users. Based on this, it is necessary to develop a new design guideline that takes advantage of the unique characteristics of the Namdong National Industrial Complex and considers the safety and situation of users.
