In this paper, the philosophy and beliefs, activities and assessments of design leaders who performed a pivotal role in leading to a significant change in design history were revisited in terms of issue leadership in the macro level. The activities of these leaders were described through relating data, the relationship between such activities and three dimensions of issue leadership (issue creating, audience involving, issue implementation) was discussed. Specifically, Because of the design leaders have contributed decisively to form a contemporary design flow, they were considered to be the faithful in the activities of issue creating. Could find a trace of behavior of audience involving in the activities of the design leader behavior that they were actively involved in lectures, education, and work activities to spread the issue and to attract sympathizers. In addition, they were masters in issue implementation that they take advantage of the organization or system in order to practice aggressively the issues which they have presented. It was confirmed that the evolution of the design concept can be interpreted by issue leadership through these. Finally, suggested the fact that require assessment in the long-term in order to issue leadership in micro level that have been studied in organizational unit is expanded in macro level. |
