abstract
Background In Korea, as of 2018, the elderly population over 65 years old account for about 14.37% of the total population. With this rapid pace of entry into the aging society, interest in health promotion is increasing. The people who use the clinic are expanding from child to old age. Therefore, not only both sides but also oriental medical services are also emphasized and emphasized. When using oriental medicine, there are inconveniences such as waiting, medical treatment, pharmaceuticals, etc., compared to both medical services. Methods The scope of the study is the entire process by which a user receives a medical consultation. In the first stage of the service design methodology using the double diamond methodology, and in the discovery phase, the user's discomfort and needs are derived through a survey. In the second stage of the definition phase, we plan to improve the medical service design of the Korean traditional medicine clinic based on the data analyzed in detail. Result As a result of the survey in this study, most users were not satisfied. Among them, spontaneity, mutuality, and spontaneity at the stage of medical treatment were found to be the weakest at the reception stage. Conclusion In contrast to the fact that the domestic medical service design is activated, the medical service design of the users using the oriental clinic is not satisfactory, and it seems that the medical service design of the oriental clinic is needed more firmly. We expect that this study will be revitalized in future and become more reliable medical service.
