ABSTRACT
Since the 2000s, the coming of the Internet and the rapid growth of the Mobile radically changed the roles and concepts of the media as we knew. With this change, it is leading the changes over the entire digital media industry as well as the life style of the media users. So, in order to understand the characteristics of the mobile media and the mobile advertisements, which brought about such a radical change in the media, it is necessary to have a deeper understanding on the uses of the Mobile, as well as an approach toward the Mobile media. Also, Interactive-media advertising is a new field with broad space of research coming into being emergence and extensive study of design. with the In this study, we conducted a survey to collect the relevant study data. The analysis of the collected data was done using SPSS 17.0 software through factor analysis and multiple regression analysis.
The result showed that of the six elements of the Mobile Ads, the entertainment and economy had a significant influence over the absorption, while entertainment and informativeness had a significant influence of the intrusiveness. On the other hand, the intrusiveness had a negative impact on the attitude toward the advertisement, while it did not have a significant influence over the intent of verbal spreading of the words. With the above mentioned result, it was possible to suggest a differentiated strategy on who the elements of the Mobile Ads wielded their influences through various efficacy analysis.

ABSTRACT
In Korea, welfare needs brought on by the rapidly growing of elderly population. Also, the senior group with spare time, wealth and health is increasing. Currently, the people have known about needs welfare system for improving quality of life during senescence personally and socially. In addition to the senior friendly industry, having distinction with simple approach medical services, will be great expanding after 2010. And there will be a new welfare services plan supporting long term care insurance for senior citizens. But we don`t have prepared systematically organized senior friendly industry and products yet. So, the purpose of the study is to analyze systematically the classification characteristics of the senior friendly products according to the difficulty of daily living for senior citizens. Above all, the study finds out the senior friendly products characteristics according to the consumer`s various situations about health and housing space. Therefore the result of the study reveals that the simulation guidelines for choosing the products depend on the customer`s needs are essential and useful to improve senior friendly industry. And the post evaluation data of senior friendly products would be put to practical use in the industry.

A Study on Improving Rural Landscape`s Environmental color

ABSTRACT
Discordant colors of natural and artificial landscapes in rural area damages scenic beauty. There is a need to select proper colors for enhancing visual elements in rural areas. However, recent rapid developments in rural areas have increased the incongruity of colors not suitable for the surrounding environment and largest of which, building exteriors colored mostly in primary colors, are inhibiting the scenery.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the problem arousing from the colors of rooftops in rural areas. This research has extracted colors which are in harmony with the environment and have searched for images of traditional rural village. And by comparing the colors and the images we have picked out the current problem in the colors of rooftops.
As a result, primary colors with high chroma were extracted mostly from rooftops and these colors showed low relativity with adjective images of traditional rural village. Therefore we came to a conclusion that the current rooftops are not in harmony with surrounding environments and there is a need to select proper colors which are in harmony with its surroundings.

Characteristics of the Female Idol Groups` Costumes

ABSTRACT
Atop the popular topics of the times about the modern Korean music is girl-groups. This study proposes to look into general traits of girl-groups and examine their traits by analyzing their costumes. At the same time, the current study seeks to get at the root of the fashion trend through culture reading with popular music as a tool.
Here are our findings: General traits of girl-groups could be summarized as designed product, youth culture, fandom composed of various generations, switchover to entertainment, and globalization. Noteworthy traits showing themselves through girl-groups` music and choreography are characterized by lyrics and choreography suggestive of sexual codes, thereby distorting the youth culture. External characteristics of the girl-groups` costumes could be summarized as follows: it is essential to maintain dynamism for lively dances and uniforms are positively used for unity of a girl-group. Either exposure is made use of or sensuality as a fetish item is emphasized, and nostalgia is stimulated by means of various items of retrospective looks and coordination. Lastly, mix and match features differences from other groups or is made use of as a strategy whereby to convey sensuality and adolescent innocence simultaneously.
This research defines the internal characteristics of the girl-groups` costumes as metamorphosis, duality, fantasy. First, metamorphosis is activated so that evolution of girl-groups may be fully covered. Second, duality comes into play where innocence and sensuality are emphasized or mixed and matched while at the same time sense of unity is emphasized simultaneously. Third, sensuality serves as an important code that underscores the body and backs up sexy dances, and evokes fantasy.

Most of our dreams have found the clue of realization from the experiments of pure scientists whose original purpose were for the most part different from the result. "If it moves like this, I wonder if this might be?" The break is evident at this excited moment from where you clearly identified the principles of moving and surprising imagination then springs up.
Have you ever imagined that you have not seen or heard and need it at all? Imagination comes from a certain original source. People start imagining when they perceive something while applying it to something else. In terms of this Imagination we know is similar to meta-text. Original source has been there already and by the user has been amplified or altered or abbreviated. In the imagination, when you find it either logicaly or experientially possible to realize, its technological image becomes clear. Techno-imagination is based on these technical feasibility of a technological image. Techno-imagination based on these technological images are productive. As Bachelard pointed out, representing imagination, imagination that relies on one`s perception or memory, is different from the creative imagination.

A Study on adult women`s character type analysis and fitness wear design preferences

ABSTRACT
This study conducts MBTI character type examination to adult women in their twenties to forties who reside in Busan or Gyeongnam and enjoy fitness exercise in order to figure out their satisfaction with fitness wear and criteria to choose one and to suggest fitness wear design preferred by character types. And the result is as follows.
First, according to the result of examining the research subjects` MBTI character types, the preference indexes include the sensing type (72.5%), thinking type (66.3%), and extroverted type (53.4%) in order. The percentage of the character types is as follows: ISTJ 20.4%, ESTJ 19.9%, ESTP 8.7%, INFP 7.7%, and ESFP 7.1% in order.
Second, according to the result of examining the adult women`s satisfaction with fitness wear and criteria to choose one, they were very dissatisfied with wearing fitness wear for exercise in terms of outing, the latest trend, or impression to the other sex. They also responded that they were dissatisfied with the items of design and style, color, or the latest trend. Regarding the criteria to choose fitness wear, they said that the aspects of wearability, activity, or management are very important, and color, design and style, and matching between the upper and lower clothes are important.
Third, according to the result of examining the adult women`s design preferences for fitness wear, the materials preferred include cotton containing spandex, 100% cotton, cotton mixed with spandex·synthetic fiber in order. The neckline preferred for fitness wear is the round neckline, the length of the upper clothes preferred is the mid-hip length, the fitness of the upper clothes preferred is the style with the five to seven-centimeter spare in the waist, the length of the sleeves preferred is the one-third length, the logo of the fitness wear preferred is on the chest area, the color arrangement of the cutting line preferred is on the waist, the length of the lower clothes preferred is up to ankles, the waist style preferred is the style with a rubber band with a strap, and the bottom line of pants preferred is the straight line. Also, the colors of the upper clothes preferred as fitness wear are black, white, and pink while for the lower clothes, black, navy, or gray was preferred. The tones preferred for the upper clothes are black, pastel tones, and primary colors while for the tones of the lower clothes, black, dark colors, and pastel tones were preferred.
According to the result of examining fitness wear design by preference indexes of character types, in the upper clothes fitness, the introverted type (I) and the feeing type (F) preferred the box style, in the cutting line color arrangement of the upper clothes, the intuitive type (N) and the judging type (J) preferred the shoulder color arrangement, and the extrovert type (E) and feeling type (F) preferred the waist and shoulder color arrangement. Regarding the length of the lower clothes, the extroverted type (E), intuitive type (N), and thinking type (T) preferred the shorts length than the seven-tens length while the thinking type (T) and extroverted type (E) preferred the style with rather wide bottom of pants.

ABSTRACT
The paper analyzes the factors of success from the elements which are extracted from the global top 100 companies like Kia Motors, Samsung, LG, Apple, Audi. They became successful by taking advantage of the design management as the strategic management elements.
The purpose of the paper is to study how they controled the design management and apply it to increasing profits to become one of the global companies The paper compares the successful cases among companies in terms of references of the documents , focusing on the factors of the success.
To analyze the factors of the success, the following tasks are assigned.
Task 1. Establish the framework for the analysis
Task 2. Extracting the factors of success from the cases of the target companies.
Task 3. Analyzing the factors of success in terms of "Energy".
Task 4. Proposing the ways of applying the design management as key success factors
On the basis of analysis of the tasks, the most of successful companies generate the value of " Energy" from the strongly confirmed view of CEO on design-based strategic management mind or enforcement of potential power through establishing globalized management are findings in the paper.
These factors are the results of the extracted elements from the management of company when the globalized company has the optimal condition as the paper pointed out.

The Analysis of Somatometric Characteristics and Classification for Schoolgirls of 11-12 years old

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to offer basic data for manufacturing of children`s wear prototype by analyzing the school girls of 11-12 years old somatotype.
The results of this study as follows:
1. Six factors are selected for body construction, factor 1 represents horizontal size and vertical length of upper body, factor 2 vertical size, factor 3 front side, factor 4 back side, factor 5 buttock side, factor 6 shoulder degree and size.
2. On the basis of the cluster analysis, four different body types were categorized. Type 1 is marked by developed shoulder, straight body, and short height, taking up 23.07%. Type 2, accounting for 19.66%, belongs to a drooped body shape of a slender and average size physique. Type 3 belongs to an average size physique and a straight body shape with small upper body, constituting 41.89%. Type 4 of late stage, characterized by the largest, slender and straight body, takes up 15.38%. Side silhouette shapes according to four different body types show a conspicuous projection of buttock and remarkable breast growth. And their body shapes are straight and change into an adult body with gently curved side.

The image of a city is created by the combination of historical culture and today`s construction. The identity of a city includes it`s history, culture and citizen`s spirit. Nowadays, many cities are reorganizing commercial and public space to create it`s own identities. In public space, there are many construction works such as making oasis in downtown, creating vibrant street, designing street furnitures and compiling a guideline that includes height limit of buildings, hoarding restriction, materials and colours of buildings, distance between buildings and shape of ground floor. In these background, this study will investigate the importance of landscape lightings for city identity and analyse city marketing. Especially, for the way of build up city identity and apply it as a tool for find out real `Seoul`, this study will propose the hierarchy of landscape lightings.

In the water quality management systems, measuring exact water quality and reporting the measured data are the essential steps for the success of the management, and a lot of research and technical developments for collecting accurate and trustable water quality data have been conducted. However, most research and development have mainly focused on the accuracy of the data and neglected the importance of a user interface.
This research inquires into the main factors of the trust formation that can be apply to application of water quality measurement, and suggests the design concept of its user interface that can enhance the trust formation of application through the main factors of the trust formation. For this, literature review was conducted to collect the factors of trust formation, and design concepts were suggested by applying the factors. This research is meaningful because applying the factors into a user interface design was practically conducted.
